These terms apply to bookings made directly with Casa Chafarinas through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email. Bookings made on Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms follow each platform’s own terms.

Price and payment
- The total price, including final cleaning and any applicable discounts, is shown before you pay.
- 30% of the total is paid when booking, through the secure online payment gateway.
- The remaining 70% is paid 14 days before arrival. We will send you the payment link or details.
- For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, the balance is paid when we request it, always before arrival.
Cancellation
- Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation. We refund everything you have paid.
- Less than 14 days before arrival, or no-show: the amount paid is not refunded.
- Cancellations must be sent in writing to reservas@casachafarinas.com or by WhatsApp. The date we receive them is what counts.
- Date changes are subject to availability and are treated as a new booking.
As this is an accommodation service for specific dates, the 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases does not apply (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, article 103(l)). The cancellation policy above applies.
Security deposit
A €300 damage deposit is requested before arrival. It is refunded in full on the day of departure, once the house has been checked, if it is left undamaged.
During your stay
- Check-in from 18:00, check-out before 12:00.
- Maximum 9 guests. No more people than stated in the booking.
- No pets, no smoking indoors, no parties. Quiet hours from 00:00 to 08:00.
- Guest registration must be completed before arrival, as required by Spanish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
