Off season the house works well for long stays: heat-pump air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room, reliable Wi‑Fi and a comfortable place to work, a full kitchen with two fridges, washing machine and drying area. Direct bookings get 15% off from 7 nights and 25% off from 28. Mid-stay cleaning is arranged with us, subject to confirmation.

The beach and the area
The sea close by. The house, all yours.
Puerto Rey beach is around 270 metres away. Guests staying at the house have free access to Puerto Rey’s adult and children’s pools, a tennis court and a multi-sport court for futsal and basketball, in addition to the pools belonging to the house’s own residential community. Puerto Rey Sports Centre is nearby and offers additional paid facilities. Nearby you will also find Garrucha harbour, Mojácar’s historic old town, Villaricos coastline and, a little farther away, the Pulpí Geode and Sorbas gypsum karst.

How much does it cost?

What is the minimum stay?
Usually two nights. The house is available all year round.

We are travelling with a baby. Is there a cot?
Yes, there is a cot and a high chair. Mention it when you enquire so everything is ready.
Can I work remotely?
Yes. There is reliable Wi‑Fi and a comfortable place to work, plus heat-pump air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room.
Is there a discount for long stays?
Yes. When you book direct, the discount is 15% from 7 nights and 25% from 28 nights. It is applied automatically when you choose your dates. Mid-stay cleaning is arranged with us, subject to confirmation.
Can guests use the fireplace?
Yes. The fireplace is available to guests. Always use it under adult supervision and extinguish it completely before leaving the house or going to sleep. The property has a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher; if you are unsure about anything, message us before lighting it.
How many people fit and what are the beds?
Up to 9, in 4 bedrooms: two with a double bed, one with two 90 cm beds and one 105 cm bed, and one with two 90 cm beds. The sofa bed does not increase the capacity.
Is there a pool?
Yes, there are the house’s community pools and the Puerto Rey pools (adults and children). They open from 1 March to 31 October.
Are pets allowed?
No. Parties and smoking indoors are not allowed either.
