How do I pay?

30% when you book and the remaining 70% 14 days before arrival.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, or if you do not arrive, payments are not refunded.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, €300 before arrival. It is returned on the day you leave, once the house has been checked, if there is no damage.

Is cleaning included?

Final cleaning is €75 per stay, charged separately. It appears in the breakdown before you pay.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 18:00 to 00:00 and check-out by 12:00.

How do we get the keys?

From a key box with a code, which we send after online registration. You can also ask us to welcome you in person.

Do we need to register before arrival?

Yes, traveller registration is mandatory and is done online.
